Room comfortable and a decent size 8/10 Bed firm, pillows very good 7/10 Fridge Tea coffee facility Breakfast 7/10 Location was good about 10 minute walk to bus terminal ( on same street) Lots of eateries close by Staff were very very nice and extremely helpful 10/10 If l was again in this location l would stay again

Big room with essential facilities, good location as most eateries within walking distance, near to the park and nice view of the river. Staffs well mannered and helpful

ample parking, check in smooth and front desk pleasant. room spacious (1 queen and 1 single). easy to get around town. close to eating place. there is a balcony which overlooked the river - very nice to just watch boats go by and enjoy the scene. breakfast was simple and enough. nothing more than 30minutes. :)

I like starting from the parking lot to the room. Polite and friendly receptionist, very spacious family room, clean room condition, comfortable mattress and pillows, eating places are all walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is quite limited in food choices, but you can order special lontong from the chef.

i love everything from parking inside the hotel compound to our 3 person room that have a river view . breakfast was ok and the location was near the bas terminal and the Sultan Ibrahim bridge , the hotel is located a the walking distant for food

The room is big, comfy and comes with small fridge which really helps those with babies or breastfeeding mom.

Most of everything! Best of all was the ROOM. EXCEPTIONALLY well designed, spacious, and well maintained! Will be my first choice when I return here. Kudos to the management!
